Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Cyco Media for any service — website design, custom software development, SEO, or AI automation — you agree to these terms. These terms govern all projects unless a separate written agreement is in place.

2. Scope of work

Every project begins with a written proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate written change order. We will always communicate scope changes before proceeding.

3. Payment terms

Standard payment structure for project-based work:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• 50% due upon project completion before final delivery

Retainer and ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in work being paused.

4. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom-built deliverables become your property. This includes design files, source code, and written content we create for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery of content, feedback, and approvals is essential to keeping projects on schedule. Delays caused by missing client input may affect the delivery timeline. We will always communicate clearly about what we need and when.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of liability

Cyco Media's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
